  3. Viber call monitoring/listening

    Why cant we listen to the target phone while my kid is talking to someone in Viber? So that we can hear their conversation for safety

  4. Please add the Whatsapp call and chat blocker also recording of WA call. Currently, I can’t listen to WA call recording

    Currently, I can’t listen to WA call recording. The CS said the phone doesn’t support WA call recording. The phone is Samsung Galaxy S8/Note 8

  7. suggestions as a user

    1.You should make a separate icon for downloading tasks. Because now we have to go up to check downloading media and by icon we would be able to check downloading and downloaded media easily without any delay.

    1. I feel that 'image search engine' option should be available on whatsapp just like fb messenger. After it we would be able to download images without opening google.

  10. if any no. block it at our end pls suggest

    in ur software Whatsapp outgoing text not shown also deleted item not shown .. threfore please improve that part of service..which is help to us..

    If you have enabled “Accessibility” option for TiSPY application, you should get incoming whatsapp messages, even after they are removed. If phone is rooted and Accessibility is enabled, you should get both incoming and outgoing whatsapp messages without missing.
    Now we also give support of whatsapp audio and whatsapp images on TiSPY dashboard.

  12. Touch screen

    A Touch Screen section. Where we can navigate the monitored device through the parents device. So that if for whatever reason messages or calls or anything is not showing on our dashboard we are able to browse through our child's device.

  13. always open

    My issue has been when my child gets ready to do something or go somewhere they know is wrong they turn there phone off. This essentially renders me totally blind and unknowing as to what was occurring during that time span. Make a setting to prevent the phone from turning off or one to turn on if turned off

    Technically it is not possible to prevent the phone from turning off. You may get notifications in system logs for turn off and turn on, Connected/Disconnected with internet.

  14. Let us spy the target with mobile number also without having to download the app on the Target

  15. Time of apps open and closed

    It would be absolutely awesome if we could see which app was opened, what time it was opened and what time it was closed. Other spying apps have this feature and this is the ultimate feature for spying

  18. Getting better, Simple control panel, memorise location...

    My idea is simple, Question: Why Skype is most used messinger? Answer: because is simple!
    So my idea is you should keep your application and web control panel if I could say so, SIMPLE for operating. Do not put too manu unuseful things like that graficon. Most used things are LOCATION, SMS and CALLS. and other things should be hidden in folder or menu let say "Other apps." As you put more things on main page it gets much more unattractive and complicated. Other things very useful are LOCATE and LIVE PANEL-(audio capture) which you should pay attention and fix…
