We have seen that even if customer installed keyboard application properly, they miss to make new keyboard as default keyboard. Untill you make new keyboard as default keyboard, your keyboard words will not captured. You need to follow below steps to activate new keyboard. - Goto phone settings ==> Language & inputs ==> Change default keyboard - Enable "Teclado Android(B.E) or Android Keyboard (AOSP)" - Click on Switch input methods - Select "Teclado B.E" or "Android Keyboard (AOSP)" from the list - Click on Finish
