The logs are not in the dashboard after program installation or purchase.

The logs will show up in your TiSPY account if these conditions are met:

- The program should be installed on the device and linked to the same account.
- The device should be switched on and connected to the Internet.
- In some cases additional time may be required to synchronize the data.

If the software is installed according to the instruction and the device is connected to the Internet it will upload logs in your account but it take some time to synchronize data.

-Contact our tech support if the logs do not show up in the dashboard within few hours.
